December 8: If you are going out tonight have a good protein-rich snack to keep the munchies at bay and ensure the alcohol element of the evening doesn’t see you gorging on fatty snacks or leaving the party earlier than planned. Top choices: lentil and bean salads, cold cooked chicken or turkey, a quick omelette, a mug of miso soup, a fruit smoothie with yoghurt, quick porridge.
