December 16: It takes around 20 minutes for the brain to get the â€˜nutritionally-satisfiedâ€™ message from the stomach so have a nourishing snack (light soup and a small mixed salad is a good combo) when you get in from work and wait. You will eat a lot less at your evening meal.
